Your meet deserves better than a Facebook event nobody can find next week.
Put your series on RollingSeries and it gets a permanent page: the schedule, the venue, the details people actually ask you about, and the photos from every meet you have run. You manage all of it yourself, from your phone.
Free. No listing fees, no commission, no contract.
A page that works between meets, not just before one.
-
A permanent home
One page for the whole series, and its own page for every meet you run. Old events stay up as an archive instead of scrolling into nothing.
-
People can actually find it
Every event page is built to show up in search and to preview properly when someone shares the link. Somebody googling cars and coffee near them can land on your meet. Once a city has enough happening, it gets a page of its own, and your meet sits on it next to everything else nearby.
-
Set the schedule once
Tell us it runs the first Saturday of the month and the upcoming dates create themselves. Skip a month for weather or a holiday without rebuilding anything.
-
The details people ask about
Venue and map, start and end time, cost, parking, coffee, weather policy, and your rules. Set them on the series and every meet inherits them.
-
Photographers show up
The people shooting your meets already post here. Their photos land on your event pages with credit intact, so your series builds a gallery you did not have to shoot yourself.
-
Your own site stays current
Paste one block into your website and it lists the events you run, kept current from here. Change a date once and it changes in both places.
-
You run it, not us
Change a time, move a venue, cancel for rain. You edit your own series and events from your phone. No emailing anyone and waiting.
Three steps, about ten minutes.
-
01
Make an account
Email and a password. If your series is already on the site, claim it instead and we hand it over to you.
-
02
Add your series
Name, venue, how often it runs, and the details you are tired of retyping. Paste a link to your existing event page and we will fill in what we can.
-
03
We check the first one
A real person reads your first submission before it goes live. Once we have seen your work, everything after that publishes the moment you hit publish.
Put your meet somewhere it lasts.
Takes about ten minutes to set up. Costs nothing.

The ones we actually get asked.
- Does this replace my Facebook group?
- No, and it should not. Facebook is where the conversation happens. This is where the details and the photos live, so people who are not in your group can still find the meet. Post your RollingSeries link to the group and both do their job.
- Can I show these events on my own website?
- Yes. Copy one block from your dashboard and paste it into your site, whether that is Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or something else. It lists the events you run and keeps itself current, so a date you change here changes there too.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. There is no listing fee, no cut of anything, and no upsell waiting a month in.
- Someone already added my meet. Can I take it over?
- Yes. Claim it and tell us how you are connected to it. Once we confirm you run it, the series and every event under it become yours to edit.
- Do I have to review the photos?
- No. Photographers upload to your events and we handle moderation. You get the gallery without the inbox.
- My meet is seasonal, or I skip months.
- That is normal and it is handled. Skip a date and the page says so instead of leaving people guessing. Stop for winter and the series stays up, waiting for spring.
- Why does my first event need review?
- To keep spam off the site. It is one submission, read by a person, usually the same day. After that you publish directly and never see the queue again.
